If a goal is exceeded, it would be great to have the ability to see at-a-glance on the dashboard goal bar chart (ex. 110%). It could mimic the way it's displayed in the line graph with the black dotted line at 100% of goal, even though the line may continue to climb up as more students match the goal criteria.
