I'd like to request a re-format of the email notifications for email/text replies to cut out the clutter below so we can more quickly see the important information about the contact and content.
Please remove:
"Hello USER,
Just dropping you an email to let you know that a student sent a reply email!"
"Hello USER,
Just dropping you an email to let you know that a student sent a reply text message!"
