Liaison EMP

I'd like for EMP to ignore HTML code when creating a page's URL.

Example: we have a tab we're using HTML to make it bold and colorful, so we've added the following code around the page name:

"<font color='DE7008'><b>PAGE NAME</b></font>"

This causes the page's URL to be {{Unique PURL}}/font_colorde7008bpage_namebfont
