Managing sources would be easier if there was a folder system in place to let you add multiple layers with single select options. For example:
Primary source: Grad Fair
Secondary Source:
UC Davis
JHSPH
Harvard
Tertiary Source:
2018
2019
2020
2021
John Smith: Grad Fair, UC Davis, 2018
Each primary source can have a secondary source folder, and each secondary source can have a tertiary source folder. The source folder system would help keep things organized for YoY fairs while keeping number of primary sources manageable and promoting ease of reporting.
