Minimum word count on Essay fields

Requesting the ability to add a constraint to the application field, Essay, to require a 250 word entry before the application can be submitted.

I believe that this option would be beneficial, as we require 250 words or more for the essay in our application. The issue is that we get many applications that have essays of less than 250 words. Afterwards, we have to ask them to write another ...
