Currently, if a student has a source code used as for example, "Transfer College Visit" it can only be used once. After it is used as a source entered off a contact lead card, it disappears off the drop down list and cannot be used again. This is unfortunate. I had a student who visited me again at my table during a "Transfer College Visit" 10 months after the first "Transfer College Visit" and completed another contact/lead card indicating he is still interested, but I could not use that source code again in recording the contact. We really would like to do so. We track that type of information. I do not see why the sources cannot remain in the drop down for multiple use. We are losing the fact that he made 'contact' with us again.

I would recommend using a touch-point to indicate that new contact, which will also allow you to add notes.
If you want to stick to sources, you have the option to add it again via an import. It will show up in the source filtered Timeline.
