Notification for when a daily import detects no file on the SFTP

There is no way of knowing that a data file isn't being placed on the SFTP for a daily import, without manual intervention. Only when a user detects issues occurring as a direct result of no new records being brought in or updated does the import issue become apparent. Please create a notification for this.

    This is a step in the right direction but would be more useful if segregated.  The current Preferences option:

    Import related notifications, these include:

    • Completion
    • Errors
    • Missing file failures (configurable per import)

    Since I cannot choose to only receive errors & failures, my phone is dinging from automated imports 7 times a day, including during the night.  Until I take the time to set up an email rule for deleting the barrage of "Completion" emails, I will likely not notice any errors/missing files, which is all I really need to know!

    Hi Tim!  I agree this would be a good feature.   What system does your college use?  We use Jenzabar and are having trouble with our tranport files being invalid.
