We would like the ability to bulk action on import. So, for example, we have the ability to select Inquiry Stage or Enrollment Year, or Register students for events when uploading them, rather than taking these actions after they have been uploaded.

Thanks for the idea! With the addition of automated group actions, you should be able to set up any bulk actions from import sources that you need to occur.
