Using "in the group" as group building criteria

Would it be possible to add criteria to the advanced group builder to say a student is in another particular group? This would allow for smart cloning of groups to get very specific without adding a ton of criteria.
Example:
Group1 = filter to Entry Year = 2018, Student Type in the set "Freshman,Transfer", Stage = inquiry
Group2 = filter to Major = Pre-Law, in Group1
This would save a ton of time in building and getting criteria to match when you could essentially create master groups to help filter more efficiently later on.
