When dealing with multiple designations, we will want to account for a many to one relationship with admissions counselors. For instance, if counselors are assigned to all students in a certain program, and the student has 3 programs, than the rep assignments may need to account for this. Similarly, we will want to consider rep assignments based on Local Status, as assignments can change based on a student being accepted to a specific program.
