I'd appreciate clarification on search results. For example, I can search for ID #276015 and get 4 results. I'd be interested to know what fields are pulling the other 3 results, and whether we can limit that. The issue we're seeing is that a user searches for a Jenzabar ID# before the import pulls it into EMP; if there is 1 result, the user may assume they've pulled the correct student record. Please advise; thank you.
