Adding a feature to send notification emails to users, probably broken down by permission group, from within EMP. This would allow easy announcements and updates to our users (and I imagine it would be even more useful to clients with larger user numbers).

This is something we are doing a soft release for and did not include in the release notes. We will be slowly turning this feature on over the next few weeks.

Hi Andrew, I see that this shows as Shipped as of today. I didn't see anything about this in the 2/28 Release Notes and don't see how to do it in EMP. What am I missing? Thanks!
