With only one phone number and limitations on how staff/reps are notified (must be logged in to get a notification or opt to receive an email), we are struggling to respond to students in a timely manner or adequately cover for those who are on vacation. I realize this would be a major project, but creating an app or system that allows reps to set up their personal cell phone numbers to have the EMP texts forwarded. Ideally, this would allow for time restrictions and a way to reply that actually gets to the student.
