When needing to change the admission counselor assignment, we would like the list to be alphabetized and/or as text in a dropdown. There are so many people to choose from - we have to click, click, click, click and scroll to find the person we are looking for. If they were alphabetized and in a dropdown box, it would be easier and quicker to locate the correct individual.
