Definitely needs to be a way to type more when recording details on touchpoints. The notes feature is great-- there's no character limit. But with touchpoints, we only get a few lines. If I'm recording a touchpoint that consists of a phone call or a campus visit, I want to be able to take notes on what the student and I discussed in the same location where I track the interaction itself. It's an added step to have to record the touchpoint, then take notes in the actual notes feature, then label that note as a touchpoint-related note.
