"View Print Piece" - What is the purpose of this?

Ô_Hi, Just wondering what the purpose of the "View Print Piece" text that contains a link bringing me to a page of templates I cannot view? Ideally, I would expect this to used to be able to literally bring up a copy of the print piece and would recommend that as it's purpose. It's quite time consuming printing manual letters when someone is missed or didn't generate for whatever reason. Thank you.
