Export Email Statistics

Is there a way to view who specifically opens/does not open emails in email tracks and who is clicking certain links? I know that we are able to see the numbers, but not sure if we can track individual engagement. We are able to see these stats in each individual's profile but I do not see an option to do so in the track stats page. Also, can we export these stats in an Excel sheet?
