Liaison EMP

It would be great if there was a way to opt a student in through their student record. If a rep is speaking with a student over the phone and asks to be opted in for text message, we could opt them in on the student record page.

I'd like the flexibility to schedule blast emails within an hour and not be limited to send times on an hour. For example send at 12:15pm or 12:30pm.

is there a way to change the date format when choosing the "registration date" merge tag option in emails? For example, Can we change the format of 12/11/2024 to Dec. 11, 2024

Would love to have templates setup that could be easily selected as starter messages, thus allowing our Marketing department to design approved messaging that reps can use.

This would allow the person receiving the email to be more proactive and view the video if they see a thumbnail of the video, versus just having them click a link to view it.

User statistics shows individual emails sent by user, but it doesn't show individual text messages sent by user. We would like to see this added to these statistics.

We would like a preview URL for campaign emails, so that we can review emails without having to send tests.
