Our reps have requested having their Facebook and other links be made available in the signature block and/or rep info widget.

There is no option to include a link to our client's Snapchat accounts. Our client is requesting that we add their school account on their microsite, but there is no option to add it.

A thought for future consideration, but it would be cleaner and easier to use the timeline filtering if, as is our situation, the buttons for social network and events were hidden since they are not part of our contract.

When adding addresses to EMP, have the address information standardized. For example, all "Street" should be shortened to St, Avenue to Ave, etc. As part of this, also correctly capitalize.

Assigned rep to get a notification of any touchpoint that gets added to a record assigned to them.

It would be helpful to be able to pin important touchpoints at the top of a student's timeline.

Along with the Goals Dashboard, I would like my end users to be able to view their own User Statistics. It would be ideal if they could not see everyone's stats. Personal statistics however are a valuable learning tool for individual users.

When an email is sent to a group, we are able to track and view whether or not the email has been opened. It would be great to have the ability to easily separate out the group of people that did not open the initial email and send the email again...
