Liaison EMP

We would like to have a Captcha or similar anti-bot field on Inquiry and SEM forms. We recently had an event registration for an Open House that had at least 160 spam records in it.

I suggest we change the wording from I'd like to receive text and voice messages to this number and I have read the opt-in policy to the opposite. Why not just provide the prospect with an opt out option?

Gauging interest, sending surveys and a variety of other activities would be much easier and more well received if we could add forms directly into emails instead of directing applicants and students to the PURL.

Adding the ability to add a touch-point to a form, like you add a field, so that upon form submission the touch-point gets added. Use case: Some students might complete an action outside of their PURL and we manually add a specific touch-point, ...

I'd like to have an Description field for assets that could display on a form. Attached is an example for how it could look on form setup. This could help students differentiate between different majors, for example.

It would be great if we could re-arrange the field rules listed within the same set to make it easier to understand what is there and what is missing

We would like the ability to make both a PURL and Form banner clickable to a new site in a new browser window.

I'd like to be able to export the 'Form Submit Date' of one of our forms, but it doesn't show up as an option unless I add a section and at least one field. Can this be changed so any form is visible for exporting regardless of having fields?

I would like the ability to bulk download PDFs for applications and forms.

I happen to always forget to assign the proper Form Access permissions in Account Settings. I'm wondering if it could become part of the Form Setup process. Form Access could be a link under Form Settings.
